1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the Kintsuno website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Kintsuno. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Purchases

Kintsuno sells dresses, tops, and outerwear. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. In the event we cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address associated with your order.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kintsuno for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The "Kintsuno" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Kintsuno. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written permission. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final sale items, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
